Privacy and Your Data

If you have a business relationship with us we store the following data about you and your business:

  • Full Name
  • Business Address
  • Contact email addresses
  • Contact phone numbers
  • Invoice and transaction history

We store this information within our accounting system (Counting Up) for the purpose of invoicing for our services. Invoices and quotation documents are also stored securely in Google Drive.

We store this information while we are doing business with you and for up to seven years afterwards. HMRC requires that we keep records for the current and six previous accounting periods.

We operate a newsletter system using ‘MailChimp’. In this system we store the names and email addresses of users who have signed-up with us. We use this information to contact members on an ad-hoc basis with updates about our services and other related information.

Our website gathers visitor and browser data using Google Analytics – this data is presented to us in an anonymous and aggregated format. There are several methods available if you prefer to opt out from Google Analytics tracking.

We will not transfer or sell your data, and will only provide it to authorities if legally required to do so.

You may ask for the personal data we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, and we will comply with reasonable requests within one month. There is no charge for this service.
