It’s been under wraps for a month or two and now we are delighted to announce an exciting project which we are working on.

In addition to building their website (we don’t just develop websites here at Digital Acorn) i2Eye Diagnostics have selected us as their preferred bespoke software developer.  i2Eye Diagnostics is a research-led company spun-out from the University of Edinburgh Bio-Quarter and is the first to market with its SVOP technology (Saccadic Vector Optokinetic Perimetry) an innovative new visual field analysis system.

Digital Acorn is developing all of the analysis software for their SVOP product. The new process and analysis routines remove the need for a head restraint during the field of view test, making it ideal for specialist patient groups who were previously difficult or impossible to test, including children and the elderly. The SVOP is scheduled for clinical approval later this year and we’ll keep you up to date with developments as and when they are released by i2Eye.
